ORV Beach Access

Does anyone know how the beach access is currently for ORVs in Hatteras Village from Hatteras Inlet ramp 55 back up the beach towards Frisco ramp 48? I know there has been some rough surf with the storms at sea and some unusually high tides causing beach erosion. Heading down in a couple of weeks. Thanks!
