Same same w/ heat on North Coast. Forecast 96 tomorrow. No rain for 10 days and just about 2 hours then. Only workin outside till 9:00 AM. Rain keeps passin to east to you. Next chance tomorrow evening.

Cooked up some excellent pork stir fry this week, tonite 1st crack at beef stew. Mrs. Capt hasn't cooked for months now. Branchin out from chops and roasts.

Traps for chipmunks on deck only gettin field mice. Influx of minks lately.

Last week finished up home surveys on houses here in the OP development. Durin that, while wearin official Border Patrol cap, intercepted a trespasser. Are 5 No Trespassin signs at gate... said she's never seen em.

Lookin close at bills lately. Needin to call frequently w/ questions. Takes over an hour in some cases incl. cut offs.

All development amenities outside open but w/ restrictions. Optin out of all for now.
