Wednesday Report

Rodanthe surf. 0530 - 0900 hrs. S 2-5. Hazy mostly cloudy. Crabs very bad early. Couple of mullet. Bait du jour shrimp. Morning tides should = deeper water next 2 mornings. At low tide depth of water btw bars 1 - 2, 2 - 3 less than knee high.

Trawler about 1000 ft. nettin all rec fish. (A pet peeve of this Capt).

Usual other fisherman out 150 ft. to north. Throwin silver then bait. Nothing.

Surf camp out by 0800 hrs. 1 in this Capt’s line. As usual whole beach empty but have to surf right in front.

Last evening family of 4 w/ dog put out chairs. Dog drops a load. Little girl told to take it on shovel and throw in water. Nice!
