Real fishing eport

Hi all,
Here's a real fishing report (Well partly). As of April 1, 2020 all fishing in PA in the Delaware River & tributary's require a circle hook. No J hooks or tremble hooks allowed. Just wonder who's next for nothing but circle hooks?
Just wondering if we're still going to be allowed to go to the Outer Banks for Memorial Day week? Dare County has shut down til May 22. We are suppose to check in on the 24th.
It will be a ##### not to be down this year, last year was suppose to be 2 weeks but grandson being born during our scheduled trip cancelled everything.
Hoping to catch up on all the salt air & fishing this year.
