After several years of trying I finally caught my first Cobia Saturday. In fact I also caught my second Cobia Saturday.
It really pays to have a good guide, and Doug is the best I've seen. I reeled in a ray which turned out to have three Cobia swimming with it, and we landed two. One was too short, but the other was a nice fish. Can't wait to taste him. Apicture can be seen at Teach's Lair fishing report for Saturday, June 13th.
Can't wait to come back down. Hope everyone's pole bends at the same time.
