Here on the North Coast...

Governor way out front with mandates. Latest = barber shops and beauty parlors closed. (That may result in pillars of salt should men see beauties straight on vs. using a mirror)!

Snuck out 2x last week to 2 stores. Grocery store parking lots look like car lots even at store opening. Literally got last pkg. of TP from each. (Buyin for daughter who has 3 home from college and has inadequate supply.)

ER Dr. son sick 2 days after visiting. Tested negative. Only member of crew here still working outside home.

All crew walking petri dishes. Allow visits in house Quarantine area = 20 ft away. Disinfect after they leave.

Mrs. Capt out of house for walk yesterday. 1st time in 2 weeks. Hangin on to this Capt's arm like a snappin turtle. Balance bad. Recumbent bike (recommended for Parkinsons) not helpin w/ leg strength or balance.

Younger son just back from short Keys trip finally comin to grips w/ shortages. (Says only went on trip to satisfy wife and mother-in law.)

All activities at our clubhouse "finally" shut down. (Finally...cause common sense not prevalent amongst OP).

Banks closin down inside service or requiring an appointment. (Drive thrus and ATM's remain open).

Gas $1.87 a few days ago.

Spring cleaning continues. All floors done. Starting windows today. Lows in 20's again by tomorrow.

Laugh of the day. Mrs. Capt uses coffee K Kups. Took inventory. Result = 72 boxes...864 cups on hand! This Capt still uses pot. 20 + cans on hand. (Not hoarding...just accumulated inventory over last 16 years). Clothes detergent @ 2 loads a week = enuf for 11.78 yrs. (You gotta be laughin by now!!)
