Insurance higher because of one of the following:
DUI
High incidence of vehicle thefts
Confusion w/ prior owners policy
Multiple claims
Still on the property
Check w/ your agent.
North Coast showin signs of spring. Was very mild winter. Mrs. Capt continues to struggle w/ her Parkinsons. Governor has banned all gatherings of more than 100. Grandkids sent home from college. Older daughter and husband are teachers and their schools are closed for btw 3 and 5 weeks. Here on the homestead are in self imposed quarantine. Not goin anywhere and not accepting guests. Even kids and grandkids banned at least till end of month.
Yur property looks great and yur still young enuf to enjoy and maintain it.
Appreciate the pics and description.
In future please include pics of the new "harem". Do they share a room or does each have her own??
