is the picture a break in the dam? or is it your only over flow. looks like you have clay under the road. if your farmer buddy has a loader on a tractor he can fix road. if that is your over flow you might be able to get a piece of that black plastic pipe and run it from pond to across road. maybe keep your road from washing out. probably have to wait to pond is at it's lowest. need a backhoe to do it right. that black pipe works good, I have used it up here on roads as culvert. good luck.
