Here's a couple of simple recipes that have been passed around the family for many years that you might find yummy.
Chicken Salad For Sandwiches
2 - 12.5 oz canned chicken breast drained
3 stalks of celery finely chopped
1 - 15 oz jar of "Kraft" Sandwich Spread
lightly salt and pepperDrain and rinse chicken breast in can 3 times to remove some of the salt and to keep the chicken taste from being overpowering then dump into a big glass bowl and crush the chicken chunks with a fork. Add chopped celery and mix together with 3/4 jar of Kraft Sandwich Spread or more of it if dry. For a party appetizer plate cut the crust off the sandwiches and then diagonally into 4 triangles.

Tuna Salad For Sandwiches
2 - 12 oz canned tuna drained
3 stalks of celery finely chopped
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup pickle cubes semi-drained
3/4 cup of "Kraft" Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (a good shot)
lightly salt and pepperDrain and rinse tuna in can 3 times to remove some of the fishy taste then dump into a large glass bowl along with rest of ingredients and mix well, add more mayonnaise if dry. You can also add 2 chopped boiled eggs if you like them in it.
