You'll need new line for sure. The 15 lb. Berkley Big Game is good, you can throw up to 4 ozs. without a shock leader with that line. I'd try a fireball rig with cut mullet for the bluefish then switch over to bluefish when you get one. Just fillet the bluefish and keep the carcass, cut the fillets up into small 1 by 2 inch pieces and hook through the meat side so you don't mash it. Here's a picture of a fireball rig....
