Summer Fishing Update

Been awhile since I’ve been on, sold our house and building a new one. I did run down this spring and fished around the point and Buxton. Some nice big blues were caught as well as puffers, big mullet and some big sharks. No drum connections, but we’re all around us.
Down for our family trip this week. It is Hot and not much wind. Not going to complain after the winter and wet spring we’ve have in Pa. fishing has been typical summer fishing. Catching some small mullet, a few decent spot and landed a big Ray last night. Was a nice 30 min fight and had a crowd by the end, it was a Ray but was fun. Spanish jumping out there this morning but to far out.
2:30 yesterday afternoon, low tide and no lines in the water. All of a sudden a school of drum come rolling in on the waves chasing bait fish. Kids in the water freaking out! I was freaking out myself as I usually have a line out there. Was very cool to see, but would have been cooler to catch one!
Will try to update.
