yep these new gadgets. wifi went out. bought a new one,(only way I can access internet up here.) no cable and don't want another dish. tried to turn it on and would not work. after about 6 hours of trying, I called tech. he couldn't figure it out. I said how about sim card. he said can u get it out. I said I already had it out. this device came in a sealed box, brand new. it had somebody else sim card in it. took back to store, new card worked perfect. just got 2 new iphones. backed them up, can't hear anyone unless speaker phone is on. I tried everything, called tech, just droped off at Verizon store for new ones. I know everbody has bad luck, but this is getting crazy, LOL
