The only place is on structure you can catch bigger ones in rivers.the bigger ones are still up bay .they will probably migrate south if water temperatures get right and if that happens OBX will findly get what they had 10 to15 yrs ago. Let the cold come.Up the bay at Tangier they caught 40 to 49 strippers that means they haven't move to BBT at Va Beach.and then OBX enough said.
