Snowbirdin frequent here in the OP compound - but all FL.

If'n this Capt had the wide holdings and thus the vast income created by your realm, that might be a possibility.

However, even havin beaucoup bucks, Mrs. Capt wouldn't stand for bein away from 75% of kids that long. And she'd do same as here, read books and watch TV. Not much sense in comin down that bein the case.

Predicting 1st measureable snows during next 6 days on the North Coast. Overnite freezing temps already here.

"Certifiable sister" from TN arrives Sun. for visit. The one who for 30 years has said she has American Indian heritage. Way ahead of "Pocahontas" politician:):) Non-stop talker who will cause our ears to bleed:):)

Be doin same houses in June...SF Salvo and OF Rodanthe. Not sure Rodanthe house will be good option once "Jug Handle" ties into 12. Almost across street from East Point. Still think roundabout exit there big mistake. Better option right of way straight off the Jug Handle, 1 lane S, 1 lane N.

Mrs. Capt has fully redecorated and loaded her 2 bookcases in the newly painted book depository (AKA guest bedroom). Each unit = 4800 lb. capacity. Wired units to studs in wall yesterday to prevent life threatening tip overs.
