I keep saying pick the last 2 weeks of October and 1 week of November for best chances, before then could be summer fishing.

I'll watch the pier for awhile and see what's coming up and see if the fish cleaning table is busy, talk to people leaving there.

Also stopped by TW's in Kitty Hawk after dentist today and somebody had a big pig sea mullet was getting a trophy paper for it.
