Remember what they found when they drained pond at original HI lighthouse??

And, bout 6 years ago sister stayin at motel in Salvo. Was warned by owner not to go out back as was alligator livin there. No joke.

And, and...bout 35 years ago were "slides" in Corolla area.

Trees started to turn over the weekend on the North Coast.

Makin trip to VA next week to visit daughter. Hopefully husband will be at Quantico so we can catch up. Takin clam baker, stove, jumbo Argentine pink shrimp, and filet mignon. W/o fishin or casino there at least we'll eat well:):)
