Boom, Boom

The traffic counter is laying out again on the bypass in Kill Devil Hills and sounds like they are hitting railroad tracks.

I'm in one of the break down spots for it and currently have a motorhome with the hood up and guy sitting in a beach chair.

Not sure what the purpose is other than confirming that tourists are headed straight through that mess for Hatteras Island.
