Sunday Report

Rodanthe. East Point. 0515-1100 hrs. W5 changin to N then E. Perfect sunrise...no clouds. Hot day.

Start was low tide...fished thru incoming high. Nada. As expected. Not even crabs. 4 bars. Reachin only past 2nd bar.

Only catchin = hand jobs:):) Silversides out there about 2 hours.

Visitors have arrived and erected a canopy city. One right outside hpuse DR windpw. Perfect. Don't expect they'll remove overnite. Park service probably not tagging either...all bluster, no action.

Low of the day. 0900 hours. Lots of space on beach but visitors set up about 50 ft. away. W/i 5 minutes 3 kids all over this Capt. Once in water whole family right on line. Lookin right at this Capt w/ that "we'll do what we want" look. Over and over.

Top Dog for early dinner. Server took one look at this Capt and said "Oh no!" Now what could that mean??:):) 88 degrees. Great food and service as always.
