Monday Report

Salvo last evening 2 big blows. SW 25 gusting to 40, each lasting bout an hour. No rain.

Wind W 15-20 this AM. Opted to fish Manteo shops w/ Mrs. Capt. and crew, rather than be beatin off flies at ramp.

Tried (Wanchese) O' Neals for lunch. No room. Ended at MP 16.5 Sam and Omies. Always dependable. Fresh clams and shrimp. Great senior server.

Sometime btw 1430 - 1630 hrs., while unconscious, wind direction changed to N. First break in humidity and temp. since 6/16.

Wind last nite and/or direction change may change bite in the morning. Rain in forecast.
