What they are doing is going to make it worst, the mess I have been dealing with "is" from the unincorporated days and can't do anything about it.
Lately I have been very lucky it's been single young professional women staying in them like for example one is a mainland Currituck school teacher.
Not so in the past, not staying with a 50/50 chance on getting a good or bad renter. Sometimes after leaving the repair guy is there for over a week.
I will be here for a few more years but I've been starting to downsize. I finally saw a bobcat go across the beach road at night north of Avalon Pier.
Watch out for snakes they have been bad this year. I know somebody that got bit by a cottonmouth he was cleaning leaves out of an outside AC unit.
They can't give you anti-venom if you are skinny will just keep you overnight for observation at the OBX hospital and the bite disfigured his hand.
Said he drove himself to the hospital but was getting dizzy when he got there then went in and threw the dead snake up on the counter for the nurse.
He has had some bad luck was hit by lightning before working on one said his boss came looking for him and found him laying on the ground in the rain.
The traffic has been bad and I am seeing something new, people are using the side street entrances for phone pull offs both across and just inside them.
Rooster's and Blue Moon restaurants have been good. Country Deli depends on what you get there. The Good Life is the exact same as before with a new name.
There is a new coffee shop coming to where the ladies swimsuit place is on the east side of Helga Street, she retired will make the light more challenging.
Morris Farm Market had plenty of free samples to graze on and has the biggest and best strawberries right now and said the good peaches would be in 2 weeks.
