Weekend trip 5/26

Left at 0330 and was on the beach at 0730. First stop was at Pea Island/Boiler area. Nice keeper Sea Mullet, tailor blues on cutbait. Some sea mullet on sand fleas tipped with EZ flea strip. At the end of outgoing left there and went to south of 27 area. Only 1 keeper Sea Mullet, smaller than small tailor blues, couple of skates, and 2 small black tip. These were so small daughter wanted to put in an aquarium. Left there and headed to NCBBA meeting and dinner for a good time. Headed home at 645 and rolled into driveway at 11. Long day, 488 miles and 127.00 in gas. All in all good trip and gas prices suck.
