Now look old coot, readily admit this Capt just an old curmudgeon. Would be a rich man if had $1 for every time uttered "Everything changes and nothing for the better"!!

But sooooooooooooo glad kids got to enjoy the northern beaches while they were still pretty much pristine, back when the guard shack blocked Rt.12. Grandkids know no place but HI. Not the same, but best now.

Kids and grandkids really enjoy when the old video cam footage is put to TV. 39 years of days at the beach. Lots of hootin and hollerin re: each others looks, and antics back then. But deep down in each of their hearts those memories are rekindled anew, and will be with them forever.

Fresh memories will be made in 34 days when the crew descends on HI again.
