Trip next week

Ok, I committed to fishing this week and have a place reserved for this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday in Buxton. I’m planning on fishing at the point and need some advise.
I’ve only visited the point and never fished there. It seems to be where my best chance is for Big Drum, Blues and Sharks right now.
What is the best bait for this time of year and where can I get it?
And where actually should I fish at the point with the different winds?
