Crabbing mid May

OK. Hope the winter blues are over. It hit 80 here today. Temps to be the same tomorrow here in central PA. Got my carrots & red beets planted yesterday. Greenhouse is full and ready to plant in the garden & flower beds.
Question is how is the crabbing in mid may? Has anybody checked the difference between chicken wings vs. chicken necks?
I'll be down with my two daughters & hubby's & grandkids.
Bringing all gear for everybody(nobody has anything). It's a pain but in the end all worth it.
Be down 4 weeks from Sunday, can't wait.
