They are looking out for you life beside the bypass is sirens, motorcycles and big trucks. Why not make them pay them a living wage so they can get something nice? Not sure what this will be below but can confirm the can't have any new houses on the ground along with all septic system rules have gone out the door already at the planning department in Kitty Hawk. The town needs to send that guy back to Kill Devil Hills.
