Last meeting I went to they were talking about making the Carova 4wd section access by permit only and permits would be provided to homeowners and some temporary permit system for renters. Others had to be purchased. Guess they decided against it. Something has to be done. On a good holiday weekend, I can't get to my house without weaving in and out of parked cars. Last time I got stuck was because some jackwagon had the tail end of his parked school bus hanging out over the travel lane. When I had to go around I was diverted into someones sand pit that was recently filled in by request of the Sheriff. Spent a couple hours shoveling my way out of that mess while the guys in the school bus watched.
