14 overnite on North Coast. Driftin yesterday. 3" of snow so far...more tonight.

Service plowin since early yesterday. Looks like shorthanded as walks not touched. Snow removal biggest part of Association fees.

This Capt like dogs...too smart to venture out unless necessary.

Necessary this afternoon...Christmas luncheon w/ the OP.

73 inside...nice w/ gas fireplace. If left on 3 hours lifts temp to 77 sunroom, family room and kitchen. Toasty:):)
