plastic is back

I see the brain trust of North Carolina went against logic and passed the repeal so plastic bags can come back to land in our bush's , grass , beach's , sounds , ocean . Way ta go ... that extra 5 cents the stores were charging for a paper bag musta been the straw that broke the camels back .
