The dune line was gone at the bath house and driving by looked like you were looking down into a washing machine when it was first starting.

OII has some good pictures of the storm. I'm not on facebook but the renters near me lost a dog Friday and left Saturday in south Kitty Hawk.

They were out there calling for hours Friday night, the dog's name was Reeda.
