There's some more on TW's fishing reports.

They like to hang around the bar openings if you can find one close enough to reach.

The beach beside the rock jetty at Oregon Inlet was an old popular spot for them.

On the north side I'd try further north near Coquina Beach.

For the smaller stuff I'd try a regular double hook bottom rig with bloodworms on one hook and shrimp on the other hook.

If it's calm try moving around throwing a classic series MirrOlure on a small rod up close for big trout, stripers, puppy drum .....

808 black / gold / orange, Purple Demon, black or green back on silver / white, red head on silver / white and silver with fluorescent colors.

The best time is early morning or evening and they can be lurking anywhere. Use the metal minnow type lures for rough and windy conditions.
