The rain and wind has set in you could see white all the way out on the ocean and every access had a red flag so why damage all of them?

Walmart in Kitty Hawk was crazy earlier today, they were keeping up with the milk and bread but were running out of everything else.

Bottled water was gone, toilet paper and paper towels was down to the mega packs. Same with spaghetti noodles and the soup was picked over.

The corn pile was down to some nobody wanted with no more in the back still had big cheap cauliflower but were out of Italian bread crumbs.

Driving has been bad on the bypass with people going slow and pulling out in front of you, seeing a lot of Pennsylvania and New York plates.

Looked like a bunch might be getting off of Hatteras Island. I saw on the local tv news they were having some rain water flooding down there.

WHAT Came Out Of Hurricane Harvey?
