7/18 -7/19 am update

Fishing still very slow. Rain finally passed late in the afternoon. Caught a few more Mullet and croaker on the bloodworms but that was it. Had a school of Blues come through in late afternoon but out to far. High tide at 6:30am today and thought would have a good morning but just drown lots of bait. Schools of blues again this morning but to far out again. Had blues rigs and fish finder rigs with cut bait out as far as I could get them, but not far enough. Even tried throwing some metal at them but no luck. Had to throw a blood worm out there just so I didn't get completely skunked and caught my lone Mullet before heading back to house.
Rain has all passed and bright blue skies today! We're going to fry today but a welcome change.
