Tech question

Recently purchased a bunch of Gamakatsu hooks.
What is the difference between Nautilus Circle, Octopus Circle, Octopus In-Line Circle. Also got some Big Cat Circle that look like the Octopus In-Line Circle. Got some smaller hooks labeled Mosquito Creek Circle, Size #1 + #2.

What kind & what size should best in the surf.
I just usually buy what's on the shelf at TW's.

I can buy at Bass Pro or Cabella's in bulk. I'm lucky, both stores are within 1 hour away.
