All NC beaches are open to public access.However, beaches from Southern Shores to Corolla are only open to owners and renters, because there are no public beach acceses. You can be there but is a hell of a walk from the nearest access.Also the same for some Avon, Waves, Salvo, beaches. And probably several more. But even with this there is still a lot of NC. beach to fish.And still the best beaches to fish anywhere .OBX FOREVER
