It's long but worth watching the beach nourishment video below if your interested, explains how they are going to do it and what to expect.
A lot of the end was double talk trying to tell the owners their steps will be buried and uncovered again later when the sand washes away.
JMO, dune paths are pretty to walk through and best way to get a beach cart full of stuff over, sand fence at both ends will maintain it.
This picture is the one for the trailer court and has built up more to the top of the sand fence, other end is setup like a funnel to it.
That dune path has been improving not getting worst with a lot of foot traffic.
