Oysters

An interesting read below for the raw oyster connoisseur.

I try to disinfect them with some hot sauce and make sure the month has an "r" in it.

The places I go to usually say they are local Crab Slough oysters from Oregon Inlet.

I think the bargain Virginia Bay oysters are for older inventory.
