Planned Beach Access Closures in 2009 for 4X4s?

Hi All,

We're planning a surf fishing trip to Avon in mid April and Carova in early August. Has there been any decision on 4X4 beach access closures around those areas? Went to Frisco last year a few weeks after the court's decision and got suprised.
