The EPA is out of control. Trust me, I deal with them on a daily basis. They have regulations upon regulations and in some cases, they have people enforcing regulations that aren't even qualified. A couple years ago a Federal Court threw out some of EPA's rules because they had no scientific backing. I tell all my Clients that if they ever file a lawsuit against the State DEP or the EPA, I would work for free to support their cause.

Sorry for the rant.... I'll get down off the Soap Box Now.
