Swiping "Big" problem on North Coast all the time esp. at Christmas. On news daily.

Here in OP gated community we're protected somewhat from that. But the gate is not free, paid for as part of monthly Association dues.

OP residents order things via phone and PC more than others. Thus a steady stream of FedEx and UPS trucks here daily.

Association just completed security upgrades to gate and clubhouse. Nonetheless, new cameras snapped pic of a Non- resident at 0200 hrs. in keypad locked clubhouse makin and takin cup of coffee.

Nothing is perfect.
