Giant Stingray

Hey, everyone -

My Brother & I just returned from the OBX taking our dad on a trip. We hooked into the biggest stingray I've ever seen in the surf. We spent 1hr & 45 minutes working that bad boy.

We got it up close 9 times and 9 times it went out on a run. The 10th time we brought it in and the hook broke. We got a pretty good look at it. It was at least 4' across and 8' long.

That was the big story of the trip - gots some blues, puffer and other rays/skates along the way. we had a great trip!

I put a link to a youtube video I put together about the stingray - don't laugh, it was my 1st video effort!
