Fishin Forecasts

North Coast acquaintance says unable to connect here. Asked question of this Capt and also asked for this post.

Question...how scarce are fish on HI in sound from shore... last week of Dec. and first week of Apr.?

Says Hatteras Jack says there are "none" as all fish move to mainland and don't return during those 2 periods.
