New Grocery Stores

I see a couple of new grocery stores are coming, I'm not surprised seems to be the new trend in Virginia to have one on every corner and this place has been turning into a big city shopping district. Cheap is the only thing that will do well with the year round winter crowd, I've noticed Harris Teeter has dropped to around Food Lion prices and is having more specials. Just my opinion for those nearby, I hate to see paradise paved but it's probably going to be better than a stinky restaurant (a greasy spoon mix in the air, fried shrimp night, summer dumpster) or outside music left on all night and kids screaming at an amusement park. People having to clean up plastic bags all the time awhile back is the only complaint I've heard with a grocery store area. You can complain and get Kill Devil Hills to make them leave some of the live oak trees.
