The Zika Handout?

Probably Zika fear caused by the local government looking for money, the county has been hanging themselves on their website with it.

Hatteras Island has a reputation for those blood thirsty beasts and then water not being drained off at Buxton that's been in the news.

It's carried by a tropical mosquito that we don't have in this area, there is no problem here.
