Bad Catfish?

I can see a reason for a new rule, what has those factories in China dumped in their rivers? I also wouldn't want to eat one out of the James River in Virginia. I'm sure people wouldn't mind paying a little more for a guarantee. ....... According to supporters of the regulatory shift, the imported Asian catfish are often tainted with toxic chemicals and require thorough inspection by USDA.
