How small is your boat? If you can make it out of the Patuxent river and into the Bay you could get stripers. If you're staying in the river try the drop off at the 3-legged marker, you should get croakers and perhaps flounder. I've rented a boat from Bunky's and caught Spot, Croaker, Flounder, and even a Gray. Good Luck.
