Fascinating read. .

And now...we know who to blame. Mrs. Capt has for years been blamin this Capt for "letting the cat out of the bag"!

Early 80's northern beaches were still fine w/ horses roaming and only about 25% of lots developed. But quickly by the end of the 80's could see what was coming - the end.

Fall of 2014 drove to end of 12. Near tears...all of us seeing whats left of beauty never to return.

HI will fall too eventually. Fed's influence has slowed development but it's coming. Love it while you can...

On a lighter note...depart North Coast Fri. arrive Waves Sat. Been rough year for most of the crew. Family time will go a long way healing body and soul.
