Son-in-law received a national Top Cop award in DC 5/14/16.

Last Wed. this Capt and Mrs. Capt attended medal ceremony at FBI headquarters DC. Son -in-law received highest FBI medal = FBI Star. At reception afterward - icing on the cake. 5 small children came up to table and asked for son-in-laws autograph.

Both award and medal for rescue of kidnapped little girl. Son-in-law though shot at close range, continued to subdue perp, who BTW ... is no longer w/ us.
