As a matter of fact on 5/18...I fished all day in 25 to 30 knot wind Dolphin fishing offshore......got home at 7:00pm....got a call from a pal who was at day 1 of 3 days of meetings in Morehead City,NC about this Cobia crap and he told me that the Commission was up to something.Took a shower drove till 1:00am to my Dad's to make sure I was at the meeting on 5/20 at 9:00am.
Stood before the commission and fought for everyone to be treated fairly...and we all got screwed......Rec.s worse than us....but we all got screwed ...and trust me...it was not from fighting for everyone......This is the 5th frigging meeting I have drove hours to attend since 2/17.....if some of us had not been there to fight.....the Rec.s & us would have really got the Big John Holmes
