Sounds like the renters of past years, that this Capt has ranted about, have now become owners. You expect them to now follow rules and use common sense??

A shame, for those of us who value property, personal and that of others, to see that disregarded. Same old "I paid rent, therefore can do what I want" mentality.

Any way city can force cleanup?? Only thing they understand is $$. Maybe if it hit em in the pocketbook it'd make an impression.

Cold and rain off and continues on North Coast. Been a week now. Was 31 Fri. nite. Yard work stalled.
