The flounder are being overfished, it's become picking off the bigger ones out of a bunch of undersize fish.

The best way to go would be to shut it down to both groups for a few years.

I've accepted it being just not worth targeting them.

Easier to catch a keeper at the restaurant already fried but when is the last time you've had a big fatty hanging off the side of the plate?
